One comment I read above was that you can not drip dry your global knives I have been washing them and hanging them on My magnetic knife rack with no problems for the last 6 years. as for the knives themselves I love them only problem is they don't have a knife for cutting Bone ( fish chicken) But as I said befor i live in japan so i have lots of good alternatives.
